CHAMPIONS!!!
Western Under 15A was elated after taking the opposition's
20th wicket to secure a first innings win with just 5 runs to make for the outright. As the rules would have it though, there
was not sufficient time left in the day for us to take the park and finish it. But, the win was ours and with it the honour
of Auckland Cricket Section Winners for Under 15A.

From the champion team 4 boys were selected to represent Auckland.
Sachin Variath, Vaidik Raj and Nikhil Parpudi are off to Rotorua with the Elite Squad to participate in the National Under
15 Tournament while Brett Randell will take part in the Development Squad in a two day match against Northern Districts.

After five scheduled games with one of them cancelled
because of rain both Western Primary Schoolboys A and B sides finished their respective tournaments equal first.
While the A side lost one game the B were undefeated
and won each of their games decisively.
Five boys were selected for respresentative honours at Auckland level. They were:
Callum Simmonds, James Parslow, Amit Dhadwal, Travis Ngatai and Aditya Dhadwal. Congratulations to both teams and management.
